Sad huh? :( It reminds me of my high school where we also had several girls that all 'raced' each other to see who could get pregnant first. I think the girls who didn't win realized how dumb they had been when they saw how life changed for the girl who did win. But it was a tiny Mormon town, no one talked about sex much less preventing pregnancy, and there was nothing to do, so lots of girls ended up pregnant. I think this stuff happens more than anyone realizes and it's sad. I feel bad for these babies and for the girls who have them. I guess we need to figure out some new ways to approach this subject because things just seem to be getting worse and worse.
